Importantly, Paxence.com neither owns nor directly vends the majority of products listed, except where explicitly indicated. The Platform functions as an intermediary, enabling transactional engagements without assuming direct liability for the accuracy of listings, product quality, or delivery timelines—responsibilities which reside exclusively with the respective vendors.
3.1 Account Creation: Users must establish an account to access designated Platform functionalities. Registration necessitates the provision of precise, truthful, and complete data, including, but not limited to, name, email address, and payment credentials. Paxence.com may require supplementary verification as a security measure.
3.2 Account Security: Account holders bear the sole responsibility for safeguarding their login credentials. Any unauthorized access or compromise of account integrity must be promptly reported to Paxence.com. The Platform disclaims liability for damages incurred due to user negligence.
3.3 Account Usage: Accounts are strictly non-transferable and intended for use solely by the registered entity or individual. The establishment of multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited, barring express authorization.

5.2 Order Execution: Vendors are mandated to process and dispatch orders expediently. Communication with buyers regarding potential delays or issues is compulsory. Recurrent lapses in order fulfillment may result in punitive measures, including account suspension.
5.3 Regulated Items: Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing contraband, counterfeit, or otherwise proscribed items, pursuant to Paxence.com’s Prohibited Items Policy. Non-compliance may lead to listing removals, financial penalties, and potential legal consequences.
5.4 Customer Relations: Vendors must provide efficient, courteous support to buyers, addressing inquiries, grievances, and returns with professionalism.
6.1 Order Confirmation: Buyers must meticulously review order specifics before finalizing transactions. Post-purchase, orders are subject to vendor-specific cancellation and return stipulations.
6.2 Prohibited Practices: Buyers are precluded from engaging in activities such as chargeback fraud, policy exploitation, or vendor harassment. Infractions may result in account suspension or judicial proceedings.
6.3 Feedback and Reviews: Buyers are encouraged to submit authentic, constructive feedback reflective of their transactional experiences, adhering to Paxence.com’s guidelines for reviews.
7.1 Vendor Fees: Paxence.com imposes fees for services such as product listings and transactions. These fees, delineated in the Vendor Agreement, are subject to revision with prior notification.
7.2 Payment Processing: Transactions are facilitated via third-party payment gateways. Paxence.com disclaims responsibility for processing anomalies attributable to these external entities. Users must agree to the terms of respective payment processors.
7.3 Tax Compliance: Users bear the responsibility for fulfilling their tax obligations, including accurate reporting and remittance. Vendors must transparently disclose applicable taxes during the checkout process.
7.4 Refund Policies: Refund parameters are determined by individual vendors. Paxence.com may assist in facilitating resolutions but does not guarantee refunds.
8.1 Inter-User Disputes: Paxence.com advocates for amicable resolution of disputes between buyers and sellers. At its discretion, the Platform may mediate but assumes no obligation to intervene.
8.2 Platform Disputes: Conflicts implicating Paxence.com shall be adjudicated through binding arbitration, as detailed in Section 12.
